Jogler Level Products have made a number of advances in their certifications and competitive improvements for the international market.  Key advances are on Float weld design; SuperSeal plugs on scales and proprietary moulded flags on bargraphs.

At Accord, we will continue to support K-tek level gauges.  However we are migrating to Jogler for all new projects.

MAGNETIC LEVEL GAUGE

Each component of the JMG (chamber, float, and indicator) has been engineered to improve on existing designs to ensure reliable, maintenance-free operation right out of the crate. The JMG can be coupled with an MGT magnetostrictive level transmitter and/or any Jogler level switch to provide control outputs configured to specific customer needs.

JMG Magnetic Level Gauges are a safe, economical way to measure and control level through a wide range of process pressures, temperatures, and fluids.​

MAGNETOSTRICTIVE LEVEL TRANSMITTER

Utilizing the magnetostrictive principle and time-of-flight calculations allow the MGT-6000 to provide a fast and accurate measurement of float position and, ultimately, liquid level in the gauge. Vibration-isolating elastomeric bushings ensure continuous operation in high vibration services.

The MGT-6000 Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter is a loop powered non-contact level measurement device that is mounted externally to a magnetic level gauge.​

DIRECT INSERTION MAGNETOSTRICTIVE LEVEL TRANSMITTER

Utilizing the magnetostrictive principle and time-of-flight calculations allow the ILT-6000 to provide a fast and accurate measurement of float position and, ultimately, liquid level in the gauge. The ILT-6000 is installed in an isolation well assembly allowing the transmitter to be removed, serviced, or replaced with no process interruption.

The ILT-6000 Direct Insertion Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter is a loop powered non-contact level measurement device that can be installed directly into a process vessel​

DIRECT-READING LIQUID LEVEL / FLOW INDICATORS

Unique PTFE Teflon SuperSeals act as both the flange sealing face and sight tube seal so that only the Teflon and Borosilicate glass sight tube are wetted, pressure-bearing parts (Teflon lined models have only FEP as the wetted part).

The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) switches are magnetically actuated point level switches for use with magnetic liquid level indicators.​

PNEUMATIC LEVEL SWITCH

Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps the switch isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly. Two JP-450’s can be coupled with a JPLR latching relay to give plug-and-play dump/fill valve control (see JP-450 data sheet).
